Refund Policy

30 days, no questions asked

If a CLAW DSP plugin isn't working out for you, reply to your purchase email or write to support@clawdsp.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no interrogation.

What happens on refund

• The refund goes back to your original payment method (processing times depend on your bank or PayPal).
• The license from that purchase is revoked automatically on the server. Later activation and validation requests are rejected. A paid installation can remain usable only until its next authenticated validation denial or its current signed offline authorization expires (at most 30 days), whichever happens first.
• Your account stays; any other licenses you own are untouched.

Trials

Trials are free and expire on their own — nothing to refund. If you want to be sure before buying, take the trial first.

Chargebacks

If you'd like a refund, just ask — the 30-day window makes it easy. If a chargeback is opened, we may provide the payment processor with records that exist for the transaction, including the Order, issued License and any recorded Activations. The account may be suspended while the dispute is resolved.
