Who we are

CLAW DSP is a trade name of CLAW DSP LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States. This policy covers clawdsp.com and its account and checkout services, including app.clawdsp.com.

What we collect

• Account: your email address (it's also your login) and your name if you give it.
• Purchases: order history, amounts, currency, payment status, provider transaction identifiers, refunds and chargebacks. Full card details never touch our servers — payment runs through Stripe or PayPal. When the processor makes them available, we may store the payment-method brand, last four digits and provider fingerprint for support and fraud prevention.
• Licensing: a hashed hardware identifier per activated machine, an optional machine label, activation status and activation/validation timestamps. We never receive the raw hardware identifier.
• Forms and support: the name, email, answers or message you submit, plus the submission IP address and user-agent string used for abuse prevention and support operations.

Payment data

We do not store full card details. Stripe/Link transactions use Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe/Link is the merchant of record for those transactions. PayPal payments are processed directly through PayPal and are separate from Stripe Managed Payments. We may keep provider transaction identifiers, order status, amounts, currency, refunds, chargebacks and, when available, payment-method brand, last four digits and provider fingerprint — the minimum needed for accounting, support, fraud prevention and security.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the service: session and login, security, and a currency cookie that remembers whether to show prices in USD or EUR. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics scripts on the account portal.

What we do with it

• Deliver what you bought: licenses, downloads, receipts, account access.
• Send marketing email ONLY if you opted in — every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• Keep the lights on: fraud prevention, abuse limits, support, and defending disputes or chargebacks.

Who processes data for us

Stripe and PayPal (payments), Resend (email), Vercel and Neon (hosting and database), and Bunny (downloads). If the CLAW DSP Telegram bot is configured, selected support or operational alerts may also be sent to Telegram so authorized administrators can respond. Each service receives the data needed for its job. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

We keep order, access and licensing records for as long as they're needed to operate your account, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve support, prevent abuse and defend disputes.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR; our lawful bases are performing our contract with you (delivering your license) and our legitimate interest (fraud prevention and security). If you are a California resident, you have the rights of the CCPA. Write to support@clawdsp.com to export or delete your data. Some legal, accounting or anti-fraud obligations may require us to keep certain information. Deleting your account revokes active licenses.
