End-User License Agreement
Last updated: July 2026
This agreement is between you and CLAW DSP LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States ("CLAW DSP"), and covers every CLAW DSP plugin you purchase or install. By installing or using the software you accept these terms.
1. What your license covers
- One license allows the plugin to be activated on up to 2 machines simultaneously (for example, your studio computer and your laptop).
- You can move activations between machines at any time from your account at app.clawdsp.com.
- You may use the plugin for personal and commercial work — releases, client mixes, sync, anything you produce with it is yours.
2. What it doesn't cover
- No redistribution or resale of the software, installers, license keys or keyfiles.
- No sharing your license with other people — a license belongs to one person or entity.
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or circumventing the license system.
3. Revocation
Your license can be revoked if the purchase is refunded (see the Refund Policy) or in cases of fraud or abuse of the license system. Revocation takes effect on the server immediately and later activation and validation requests are rejected. A paid installation can remain usable only until its next authenticated validation denial or its current signed offline authorization expires (at most 30 days), whichever happens first.
4. Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. CLAW DSP keeps all rights, title and interest in the software. Everything you create with it is entirely yours.
5. Warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLAW DSP's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the software will not exceed the amount you paid for the license. CLAW DSP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or studio downtime.
7. Third-party trademarks
VST is a trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH. Audio Units is a trademark of Apple Inc. AAX is a trademark of Avid Technology, Inc. These companies are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, CLAW DSP.
8. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
